Prices
Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES). [VAT treatment to be confirmed by the business.] Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Orders
An order is confirmed when payment is verified (or, for pay-on-delivery, when we confirm it). We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Quotations
Quotation requests are not orders. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Product condition
Refurbished and used products are clearly labelled and are not sold as new.
